Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.
TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..
Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.
IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.
Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide will likely offer optional activities. If these activities are available in the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them well in advance to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute often means missing out on the opportunity to participate due to lack of tickets, coach seats, etc.
Joining the tour at the designated meeting point and time is crucial. Please verify these details in advance, as there are multiple joining points available. If you have any questions, contact Europamundo before your trip using the emergency telephone number or the chat feature on your "My Trip" website.

Scenery: The mountains of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean coastline in southern France.
08:30 a.m. - Departure from Barcelona. We’ll journey north through Catalonia.
10:00 a.m. - Girona. Enjoy a stroll through this city’s magnificent historic center, characterized by medieval buildings and Roman, Arab, and Jewish influences. We recommend visiting the Cathedral of Saint Mary, an impressive Gothic structure located at the upper part of the city, and exploring the narrow, picturesque streets of the old Jewish quarter.
12:00 p.m. - Departure from Girona.
12:45 p.m. - Besalú. We’ll arrive in this charming medieval town, where perfectly preserved narrow streets, an impressive fortified stone bridge, a castle, Jewish baths, and an old pilgrim hospital create a sense of stepping back in time. Take some time to explore and enjoy lunch.
02:15 p.m. - Departure from Besalú. We’ll cross the border into French Catalonia, known as Roussillon.
04:00 p.m. - Collioure. We’ll stop in this enchanting coastal town, with a beach, port, winding alleys, and an impressive castle built on the site of an ancient Roman castrum that once housed the court of the Kings of Mallorca. If you’d like, you can visit the tomb of the poet Antonio Machado.
06:00 p.m. - Departure from Collioure. We’ll head inland, leaving the coast behind.
08:00 p.m. – Carcassonne. Perched on a promontory, this city is celebrated as Europe’s finest fortified city. We recommend an evening stroll to admire the beautifully lit walls, followed by dinner at one of the many charming restaurants in the Cité.
Scenery: Pyrenees mountain range. Snow-covered high peaks through a large part of the year.
Morning in Carcassonne.With our guide we will go to its impressive county castle (entrance included) and its medieval walls. Later you will have free time for a walk and lunch.
14.00 hrs - Carcassonne –Departure. We continue towards the Pyrenees mountain range.
15:30hrs – Foix – Brief stop to stroll through the medieval city dominated by its impressive castle of the Counts of Foix.
16.30 hrs – Foix –Departure. We continue towards the high mountains of the Pyrenees, with many of their peaks covered in snow all year round. We continue to Andorra, a small independent country in the Pyrenees between Spain and France, whose official language is Catalan. On our route we will make a short stop next to Sant Joan de Caselles , a small Romanesque church from the 12th century.
19.00 hrs – Andorra la Vella – arrival in the capital of the principality of Andorra. Free time to explore the city with a lot of commercial life or to go to “Caldea”, the largest thermal spa in Europe. Dinner included.
Scenery: Picturesque mountain landscapes with stunning views around the abbey of Montserrat.
Important: Have your passport ready, as there may be occasional border checks.
We’ll spend the morning in Andorra, where you can explore this modern city nestled in the mountains or shop in its large, low-tax shopping centers. Lunch will be at your leisure.
02:00 p.m. - Departure from Andorra. We’ll cross into Catalonia and make our way to the beautiful area where the Benedictine Abbey is located.
04:15 p.m. - Arrival at the foot of Montserrat Mountain. We’ll take a rack train (tickets included) to the abbey, enjoying breathtaking views on the way up.
04:45 p.m. - Arrival at the abbey of Santa Maria de Montserrat. You’ll have time to admire the views and visit Santa Maria de Montserrat, the abbey of the patron saint of Catalonia.
06:30 p.m. - Departure from Montserrat by bus.
07:30 p.m. - Arrival in Barcelona.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
