Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.

08:30 a.m. - Departure from Barcelona. We’ll journey north through Catalonia.
10:00 a.m. - Girona. Enjoy a stroll through this city’s magnificent historic center, characterized by medieval buildings and Roman, Arab, and Jewish influences. We recommend visiting the Cathedral of Saint Mary, an impressive Gothic structure located at the upper part of the city, and exploring the narrow, picturesque streets of the old Jewish quarter.
12:00 p.m. - Departure from Girona.
12:45 p.m. - Besalú. We’ll arrive in this charming medieval town, where perfectly preserved narrow streets, an impressive fortified stone bridge, a castle, Jewish baths, and an old pilgrim hospital create a sense of stepping back in time. Take some time to explore and enjoy lunch.
02:15 p.m. - Departure from Besalú. We’ll cross the border into French Catalonia, known as Roussillon.
04:00 p.m. - Collioure. We’ll stop in this enchanting coastal town, with a beach, port, winding alleys, and an impressive castle built on the site of an ancient Roman castrum that once housed the court of the Kings of Mallorca. If you’d like, you can visit the tomb of the poet Antonio Machado.
06:00 p.m. - Departure from Collioure. We’ll head inland, leaving the coast behind.
08:00 p.m. – Carcassonne. Perched on a promontory, this city is celebrated as Europe’s finest fortified city. We recommend an evening stroll to admire the beautifully lit walls, followed by dinner at one of the many charming restaurants in the Cité.

Scenery: Rolling hills, pine forests, and Mediterranean landscapes. Morning in Carcassonne.
We’ll start our day with a guided visit to the impressive Castle of the Counts (admission included) and the medieval walls. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore and enjoy lunch.
02:00 p.m. - Departure from Carcassonne.
03:00 p.m. - Narbonne. Take some time to explore this Occitan city, known for its charming historic center and the Cathedral of Saints Justus and Pastor. In the large central square, you can still see the Via Domitia, the ancient Roman road that once connected Italy with Hispania.
04:00 p.m. - Departure from Narbonne. We’ll continue our journey along the coast toward the Côte d´Azur.
07:15 p.m. - Marseille. We’ll arrive in the evening at Marseille, France´s second-largest city, located on the Côte d’Azur. We suggest taking a stroll through the lively Vieux Port, filled with bustling restaurants and vibrant activity.

Scenery: Villages, landscapes, and history—today we’ll see some of the most beautiful places in Provence.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Marseille.
09:15 a.m. - Arles. We´ll stop to visit this World Heritage city, showcasing its Roman and medieval legacy. Its light captivated great painters, such as Van Gogh, who immortalized it in some of his canvases.
10:30 a.m. – Departure from Arles.
11:00 a.m. - Les Baux. We’ll explore this small medieval village and include admission to Carrières de Lumières, an impressive underground show that combines art, image, and sound in its old quarries.
12:15 p.m. – Departure from Carrières de Lumières.
01:00 p.m. - Avignon. Time for lunch and a walk in this small walled city in Provence on the banks of the Rhône. It was the seat of the Catholic Popes, becoming the second Rome until 1791 when it was integrated into France. Its immense Palais des Papes reveals its past.
03:30 p.m. - Avignon. We’ll head towards the interior of France.
06:15 p.m. - Lyon. Arrival in the third-largest city in France, proud of its remarkable historical past. We’ll walk through the Lyon Old Town, declared a World Heritage Site, and include a funicular ride to Notre-Dame de Fourvière, an immense basilica offering a great view over the city.
Note: If tickets for the Carrières de Lumières show are unavailable due to closure or high demand, we will instead transfer to the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard.

Scenery: Burgundy’s wine region with exceptional vineyards.
08:30 a.m. - After breakfast, we will leave Lyon and head towards Burgundy.
10:00 a.m. - Tournus. Time to stroll through this pleasant small town with picturesque alleys, an immense stone gate, and a large abbey, one of the largest Romanesque monuments in France.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Tournus.
11:45 a.m. - Beaune. We’ll stop to visit and have lunch in the wine capital of Burgundy. You can visit the wine museum or the historic hospice.
02:30 p.m. – Departure from Beaune.
03:00 p.m. - Savigny Castle. In the heart of this wine region, we will visit Savigny Castle, built in the fifteenth century and home to extraordinary museums featuring motorcycles, race cars, airplanes, and helicopters.
04:30 p.m. – Departure from Savigny Castle.
05:30 p.m. - Dijon. Arrival in the capital of Burgundy, with lively streets and a vibrant atmosphere. Once the capital of a powerful duchy in the late Middle Ages, Dijon preserves a rich architectural heritage of medieval and Renaissance buildings, with the Palace of the Dukes standing out as a highlight.

Scenery: The charming small towns of Alsace.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Dijon. We’ll continue our journey through the Burgundy region.
09:30 a.m. - Besançon. Take some time to explore this city with Roman origins, known for its beautiful historic center and the 17th-century citadel that overlooks the town.
11:00 a.m. - Departure from Besançon. We’ll continue toward Alsace, a French region that has been contested between France and Germany over the centuries. The area retains its own German dialect, Alsatian, along with architecture and traditions deeply influenced by Germanic culture.
01:15 p.m. - Colmar. We’ll arrive in this picturesque Alsatian city with unique architecture, colorful timber-framed houses, and winding canals. You’ll have time to stroll, enjoy lunch, and sample the region’s renowned white wine and cuisine.
03:30 p.m. - Departure from Colmar. We’ll visit two of the most beautiful towns in the heart of Alsace.
04:00 p.m. - Riquewihr. There will be time to explore this medieval town with cobblestone streets and colorful houses that look like they’ve come straight out of a fairy tale. Riquewihr even inspired scenes from Beauty and the Beast .
05:15 p.m. - Departure from Riquewihr.
05:30 p.m. - Ribeauvillé. We’ll stop to visit this charming town, known for its historic center and the three medieval castles in ruins that overlook the area.
06:45 p.m. - Departure from Ribeauvillé.
07:45 p.m. - Strasbourg. We’ll arrive in the evening. We recommend a walk around the cathedral area and Petite France, both filled with charming spots and cozy little restaurants.

Scenery: Mountain towns of the Black Forest.
Note: We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking around Triberg.
We’ll start our day in Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace and home to the European Parliament. We recommend taking a stroll in the city’s beautiful historic center with its charming medieval streets, a stunning Gothic cathedral, and picturesque canals lined with flowers. We’ll include a boat trip through the canals of Petite France.
11:30 a.m. – Departure from Strasbourg. We’ll head into Germany, passing through the stunning mountain landscapes and quaint towns of the Black Forest.
12:45 p.m. - Freiburg. Time for lunch and a stroll through this vibrant university city, known for its medieval center and cathedral.
02:30 p.m. – Departure from Freiburg. We’ll continue our journey through the beautiful landscapes of the region.
03:45 p.m. - Triberg. Arrival in one of the most picturesque towns in the Black Forest, famous for its cuckoo clocks. We’ll include admission to the Triberg Waterfalls, the highest in Germany. You’ll reach the falls via a scenic walking path.
05:15 p.m. – Departure from Triberg.
06:15 p.m. - Gengenbach. Time to explore this charming town, known for its beautiful central square.
07:15 p.m. – Departure from Gengenbach.
08:15 p.m. - Baden-Baden. Arrival in this elegant Black Forest spa town, once a favorite among European nobility and the upper bourgeoisie. The town’s casinos, architecture, and parks reflect its storied past.

Scenery: Vineyards and medieval villages along the Rhine River.
After breakfast, enjoy some time in Baden-Baden to stroll through its parks in the center.
10:00 a.m. – Departure from Baden-Baden. We’ll head toward the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
11:15 a.m. - Speyer. Arrival in this beautiful city, founded by the Romans on the banks of the Rhine River. You’ll have time to visit its magnificent Romanesque cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and stroll through the old quarter, where Alte Münze stands out.
12:15 p.m. – Departure from Speyer.
12:45 p.m. - Heidelberg. We’ll take a cable car up to the impressive castle, which offers breathtaking views over the city (tickets included). Your ticket includes access to the castle’s gardens, wineries, and the apothecary museum. Afterward, you’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely walk through the old town, including the Marktplatz.
03:30 p.m. – Departure from Heidelberg.
04:45 p.m. - Frankfurt. Take some time to explore Germany’s financial hub, with its modern skyscrapers, historic old town, views over the Rhine River, and vibrant nightlife. After, we’ll head to the hotel.

Scenery: The rural charm of green hills blanketed with vineyards in the Champagne wine region.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Frankfurt. We’ll journey to France, passing through the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a small country where both Luxembourgish and French are spoken.
11:00 a.m. - Luxembourg. We’ll arrive in this cosmopolitan city, where rich history meets the modernity of a financial hub and the headquarters of European institutions. Some of its highlights include the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city’s fortifications, the Grand Ducal Palace, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Enjoy some time for a walk and lunch.
02:00 p.m. - Departure from Luxembourg. We’ll continue our journey into France.
05:00 p.m. - Reims. In the heart of the Champagne-producing region, we’ll pause to give you the chance to visit its Gothic cathedral, the historic site of numerous French royal coronations.
06:00 p.m. - Departure from Reims.
08:00 p.m. – Paris.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
