Arrival at Cairo airport, where our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel. Free time Cairo, in Arabic ‘the victorious’, is the capital of Egypt, the largest city in the Arab world and Africa where we can find a mixture of ancient and modern; extraordinary mosques, historical monuments, neighbourhoods with a lot of personality, art museums, markets, authentic and genuine bazaars. Accommodation.

Note: In summer temperatures are higher, so visits to archaeological sites are made earlier in the day to avoid the hottest hours of the day. It is recommended to wear sports shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat or cap for these visits.
Breakfast.
07:00 hrs.-: We will visit the esplanade of the Pyramids , the most famous of which are those of the pharaohs Cheops, Kephren and Mykerinos (entrance to the interior of the pyramids not included), as well as the enigmatic Sphinx. Afterwards we will visit the Papyrus Institute for about 30 minutes, where we will see how the papyrus is handmade.
11:30 hrs.-: Visit the Coptic Quarter , which is nowadays one of the meeting places of the Egyptians and one of the oldest areas of the city. Visit the Hanging Church.
12:30 hrs.-: Visit the Citadel, built by order of Saladin in 1176 and completed in 1182. From 1218 until the 19th century it was the official seat of the Egyptian government. The history of this area is full of palace intrigues, assassinations, overthrows and massacres such as that of the Mamluks in 1811. Representative buildings include the Muhammad Ali Mosque, also known as the Alabaster Mosque , built on the model of Istanbul´s Hagia Sophia.
13.45 hrs.-: Lunch included in a local restaurant.
15:00 hrs.-: Visit the Egyptian Museum , which is about 10 km from the Pyramids and contains one of the most important and impressive archaeological exhibits in the world. The jewel of this exhibition is the treasure of Tutankhamun which occupies the entire upper floor. Remember that it takes at least a week to visit it in its entirety.
17:00 hrs-: Departure from the Egyptian Museum and return to the hotel.
18:00 hrs.-: Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.

Picnic breakfast.
Transfer from Cairo hotel to the airport to take a regular flight (included) to LUXOR (the booked flight can be between 06:00 and 08:30 AM). This flight lasts one hour and 10 minutes. Once you arrive in Luxor according to the flight schedule, we will visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor, which build the most important monumental complex in Egypt, built over two thousand years. The temples are about 3 km from the cruise and the visit lasts 3 hours. Transfer to the boat. Distribution of cabins. Full board . Night on board.

Full board on board. Breakfast at 05:00 hrs. We leave the ship at 06:00 hrs. Visit of the Necropolis of Thebes, comprising the famous Valley of the Kings , which is 18 km from the boat. Arrival at the Valley of the Kings around 06:45 hrs and we finish the visit around 08:30 hrs. Then, at about 4 km, we will have the panoramic visit of the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir Al Bahari , by bus 10 minutes away is Deir Bahari. The visit lasts an hour and then it takes another 10 minutes by bus to reach the temple of Medinet Habu located about 4 km from the temple of Hatshepsut and another hour to visit the temple and on the way back to the boat, a stop to see the Colossi of Memnon. After the visit, return to the boat. Navigation to Edfu crossing the Esna lock. Luxor is 120 km from Edfu It takes 4 hours to reach the Esna lock; we need to wait for the turn to pass and sail for another 4 hours to reach Edfu. Accommodation on board.

Breakfast is from 06:00h rs. to 07:00 hrs. Full board on the ship. At 07.00 AM visit of Temple of Edfu . The temple is 1km from the boat. The transfer of the boat to the temple of Edfu is done in carriages . It is almost 15 minutes each way, and an hour and a half in the temple. The Temple is dedicated to the Falcon God Horus and is the best preserved in Egypt as well as being the second largest in the country. At 09:00 hrs. return to the boat. Navigation to Kom Ombo. It takes almost 6 hours to get to Kom Ombo. Arrival around 17:00 hrs.. Departure to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo ; we walk there because it is very close to the boat, about 200 meters. The visit lasts a total of an hour and a half. It is the only temple dedicated to two Gods: Haroeris, who had a falcon´s head and Sobek, with a crocodile head and God of fertility. At Kom Ombo, we will also visit the Nilometer, used by the ancient Egyptians to measure the water level of the Nile. After the visit return to the ship at 18:30 hrs.. Navigation to Aswan (almost 4 hours).

Arrival to ASWAN, the ancient city of Swenet, was an important commercial port, is located in the southernmost Egypt, located on the banks of the Nile River, is a charming city with a personality and a special charm influenced by the Nubian culture that makes it so special.
Optional visit to Abu Simbel (visit NOT included in your programme), located two hundred and eighty kilometres from Aswam and visit the temples carved into the western cliff of the desert by Ramses II in the twelfth century BC, with statues of 20 meters high, If you book the excursion to Abu Simbel, the departure of the boat will be in the early morning and the journey takes 3 and a half hours one way and three and a half hours return, the visit lasts approximately 2 hours and the return to Aswan is approximately at 12:00 hrs. Afterwards you will visit the Aswan Dam (duration of the visit is half an hour). At about 13.00 hrs. you will visit the temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on a small island which can only be reached by boat and at about 14.00 hrs. you will visit the Unfinished Obelisk.
In case you do not hire Abu Simbel, departure at 08:00 hrs. to visit the Aswan Dam ; it is a huge engineering work that retains the waters of the Nile River, creating Lake Nasser. Around 09:00 hrs. visit the Philae temple dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on a small island that can only be reached by boat. At about 11:00 hrs. visit the Red Granite Quarry, where the famous Unfinished Obelisk , forty-one metres high, is located and where you can observe the ingenious procedure used by the ancient Egyptians for the extraction of the granite blocks. The visit lasts about 30 minutes. Return to the boat for lunch.

At about 16:00 hrs. you will take a trip on the river in the typical fishing boats, called ‘falucas’. The ride lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. The faluca always comes very close to the boat.

At the time informed by the guide, we will make a transfer to the airport to catch the flight included in your trip. On arrival at destination we will give you another hotel transfer. Your guide will contact you at the end of the afternoon or you can consult the information in your hotel reception.
Note: remember that on domestic flights, the luggage normally allowed is one suitcase of up to 20 kg in the hold. Passengers must pay for all excess luggage directly to the airline.

Resumen de etapa: Estambul –Visita panorámica y traslado al barrio de Taksim
08.00 hrs.- Por la mañana a las nueve de la mañana iniciamos visita panorámica de esta ciudad impresionante “puente” entre Europa y Asia tanto a nivel geográfico como humano. En nuestro tour entraremos en la Mezquita de Suleyman el Magnífico (la mayor de Estambul), conoceremos las murallas, el Cuerno de Oro, el barrio de pescadores y admiraremos el exterior de Santa Sofía. Tras la visita incluiremos la entrada y visita al PALACIO DE TOPKAPI , el que fue centro administrativo del imperio Otomano con sus magníficos patios y sus pabellones. Tarde libre. Nos encontramos en una ciudad construida sobre dos continentes.
19.30hrs.- Al final de la tarde brindaremos un traslado al barrio de Taksim , la zona más comercial y con más vida local de la ciudad. Tiempo para cenar en alguno de sus numerosos restaurantes, tomar el antiguo tranvía que atraviesa la zona o acercarse a la próxima Torre Galata. Regreso al hotel sobre las 22 hrs.

Hoy incluimos un paseo en barco por el Bósforo de unas dos horas. Lo efectuaremos en un barco privado para los viajeros de Europamundo (en grupos con muy pocos participantes podrá ser en excursión regular). El Bósforo es un estrecho que conecta el Mar Negro con el Mar de Mármara separando Estambul en dos partes: la europea y la asiática. Disfrutaremos viendo la animación del estrecho con todos sus barcos, pasaremos bajo los dos puentes que unen Europa y Asia y admiraremos los palacios de los sultanes, las típicas casas de madera, las villas otomanas. Retgreso al centro de Estambul.
Resto del día libre. Podrá ir de compras por el Gran Bazar; visitar Santa Sofía; … múltiples opciones en esta gran capital.

02:00 p.m. - We´ll arrive at Ephesus, the best-preserved ancient city of Asia Minor, which had a population of a quarter of a million two thousand years ago. We’ll explore the Basilica of St. John, the House of the Virgin Mary and the archaeological site (tickets included).
06:00 p.m. – Departure from Ephesus. We’ll continue towards the Aegean Coast.
06:30 p.m. – Kusadasi, a popular coastal town known for its vibrant commercial life, bazaars and quaint castle. You’ll have free time in the center and then we’ll head to the hotel, where dinner will be included.
Note: During the high season, from May to October (inclusive), accommodation will be in Aydin instead of Kusadasi. In this case, after visiting Ephesus and before heading to Aydin, we’ll stop in Kusadasi (4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) for a panoramic tour of the city.

10:00 a.m. - Lake Bafa. We’ll pause to soak in its breathtaking natural beauty, rich history, mystical charm, and peaceful atmosphere. This is truly one of Turkey’s must-see natural wonders.

12:00 p.m. - Bodrum. Enjoy free time in this charming, fortified city of Greek origin. You can explore its impressive castle, wander through its bustling streets, or visit the marina. You’ll have some time for lunch.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Bodrum.
05:30 p.m. - Marmaris. Accommodation will be in this coastal town, known for its castle, pier, and fountains. Dinner will be included.
Note: On some occasions, especially during the summer, our accommodation may be in the nearby town of Mugla instead of Marmaris.

09:30 a.m. - Dalyan. This incredible location sits beside a beautiful, navigable river. Enjoy some free time for coffee at one of the many riverside restaurants. We’ll also include a one-hour boat ride to see the Lycian Rock Tombs.
11:30 a.m. – Departure from Dalyan. We’ll continue our journey through scenic mountain terrain, with a stop for lunch along the way.
04:15 p.m. - Antalya. We’ll take a brief tour of this vibrant coastal city, home to over a million people. Highlights include Hadrian’s Gate, the Ottoman district, and a stunning waterfall that plunges directly into the sea. Dinner will be included.
