Dear Traveler: thank you for choosing us to perform this Tour! We hope you enjoy your trip.

Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.

Day
Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT:
-Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
-If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff’s telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.
-During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.
Note: The schedules provided in this itinerary are indicative. The guide may adjust them as needed to enhance the trip experience.
Sightseeing tour of Lisbon. In the morning, you’ll enjoy a city tour with a local guide lasting approximately 2 hours. You’ll get to know the Portuguese capital of the seven hills, with its charming alleys, iconic tiles, the feeling of "saudade," and the beautiful Atlantic light. Our tour will include stops at the following points: Eduardo VII Park, Baixa Pombalina (Marquis of Pombal Square, Rossio with views of São Jorge Castle and Alfama), Estrela neighborhood, Estrela Basilica, the Monument of the Discoveries, Belém Tower, and the Jerónimos Monastery. The visit will conclude in the city center. You´ll have free time in the afternoon to further explore the city. We recommend taking the Glória Funicular to visit Bairro Alto and the São Pedro viewpoint. Optionally, our guide will offer visits to the picturesque towns of Sintra, with its castle, and Cascais and Estoril by the seaside.
08:30 p.m. - We’ll return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square , filled with vibrant bars and cafes.

08:00 a.m. – Departure from Lisbon.
09:45 a.m. – Fátima. We’ll have time to visit the Sanctuary, a significant pilgrimage site marking the apparitions of Our Lady to the Three Shepherd Children. The chapel was built in 1919 at the location of the 1917 apparitions in Cova de Iria, and the Sanctuary has since expanded to accommodate the growing number of pilgrims.
11:30 a.m. – Departure from Fátima.
02:00 p.m. – Porto. You’ll have some free time for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll board a traditional Portuguese "Rabelo" boat for a 50-minute cruise along the Douro River, offering a unique view of the city´s beautiful riverside as we pass under the six bridges that span the river, including the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, one of the city´s most famous landmarks. While enjoying the experience, we’ll also have the opportunity to taste a delicious glass of Port wine, the most famous of Portuguese wines, produced in this region and once transported on these very boats. Afterwards, you’ll have free time, and we recommend exploring the medieval Ribeira district, with its narrow, cobblestone streets lined with old merchant houses and charming cafes.
07:00 p.m. - We´ll provide a transfer to the hotel.

Scenery: Beautiful green countryside and views over the Rías Baixas.
Note: Remember to bring warm clothes for the boat trip.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Porto.
09:00 a.m. - Arrival in Braga. We´ll visit the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus and take a trip on the world’s oldest water-operated cable car. After exploring the sanctuary, we recommend descending via its picturesque staircase.
10:15 a.m. - Departure from Bom Jesus. We´ll head to Galicia with stunning views over the Galician estuaries.
13:00 p.m. (12:00 p.m. in Portugal) - Arrival in Cambados. This historic maritime town offers a glass-bottomed boat trip along the Ría de Arousa, where we´ll learn about mussel farming. Onboard, enjoy wine and mussel tastings. Free time to explore Cambados and have lunch follows.
16:00 p.m. - Departure from Cambados.
16:45 p.m. - Arriving in Santiago de Compostela, you´ll embark on a city tour with a local guide, learning about how St. James has drawn pilgrims for centuries. Wander through the medieval streets of the center and marvel at its majestic cathedral.
Note: On certain dates, particularly during the celebration of St. James’ Day, our groups may need to be accommodated in a city near Santiago.

Viajamos siguiendo el Camino de Santiago hacia Lugo. Tiempo para conocer su centro histórico y las murallas romanas, Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO. Continuamos hacia Betanzos , declarado Conjunto histórico-artístico, a orillas del río Mandeo en la región de las Rías Altas. Pararemos para conocer esta ciudad medieval e incluiremos una tortilla tradicional y una bebida en un típico bar. Continuamos hacia A Coruña , donde realizaremos una visita de la ciudad con nuestro guía, conociendo la Torre de Hércules, la playa de Riazor y la plaza de María Pita. Por la tarde, caminaremos por su casco antiguo, y en la calle Barrera descubriremos las tradicionales tapas

Tras desayunar, salimos hacia Pontedeume , una de las localidades más importantes del Camino de Santiago Inglés. Veremos el puente que le da nombre y caminaremos por sus calles llenas de historia. Posteriormente, llegamos a Redes , un pueblo costero de gran encanto; la belleza de sus casas indianas y sus balcones mirando al mar lo han convertido en escenario de numerosas películas. Continuamos hacia el norte y, colgado de las rocas al borde del mar, visitamos San Andrés De Teixido y el Cabo Ortegal, con su faro, la fuerza del mar y sus gigantescos acantilados, uno de los más altos de Europa. Ponemos rumbo a Viveiro y Burela, villas marineras y pesqueras, con un centro histórico amurallado. ¿Nos animamos a ver el pescado y marisco recién capturado?

Tras el desayuno incluimos una visita a la fábrica de Cerámica de Sargadelos, fundada en 1806. Galicia se identifica con las formas y colores de sus piezas. Continuamos hacia Mondoñedo , donde visitaremos su catedral y la Alameda, y probaremos su famosa tarta de almendras . Muy cerca, visitaremos la playa de Aguas Santas (las Catedrales) ; los acantilados recortados, sus cuevas y pasadizos nos sumergirán en este único paisaje marino. Continuamos hacia Rinlo, antigua villa ballenera, famosa por sus casas de colores mirando al mar. Por la tarde, llegamos a Ribadeo , situada en la cabecera de la ría del mismo nombre. Conoceremos el faro de Isla Pancha —¿el más bonito de Galicia? —, bajaremos al puerto e incluiremos un paseo por la ría del Eo: Figueras y sus astilleros y Castropol mirando al mar. Alojamiento en hotel ubicado en paraje natural. Cena típica incluida.
Distancia recorrida: 55 km
Salida de Abres hacia Taramundi: pueblo mágico y con encanto conocido por su virtuoso arte de la cuchillería que fue declarado zona de interés artesanal en 2005. También es famosa por la llamada “ruta del agua”, por su entorno natural excepcional y por su gastronomía, en la que destacan los quesos en sus diferentes variedades. Visitaremos el Conjunto Etnográfico de Os Teixois , en el que admiraremos los ingenios hidráulicos vinculados a la tierra, al agua, al fuego y al hierro. Después, tendremos tiempo en la reserva de Río Eo, Oscos y Terras de Burón . También destaca el patrimonio arquitectónico religioso, con importante variedad de capillas, ermitas e iglesias. Es atravesada, además, por dos caminos de Santiago: la Ruta de la Costa y el Camino Primitivo, ambos declarados Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Incluiremos una deliciosa degustación de ostras. Regreso a Abres y alojamiento.
Distancia recorrida: 183 km
Tras el desayuno, conocemos Tapia de Casariego : una de las villas marineras más bonitas y turísticas del occidente asturiano, con orígenes balleneros. Posteriormente, tendremos tiempo en Cudillero : pintoresco pueblo marinero -declarado Conjunto Histórico Artístico– en el que las casas cuelgan de la montaña luciendo alegres colores. Tiempo para el almuerzo. Antes de llegar a Oviedo, parada en Gijón : la mayor ciudad de Asturias en la que destacan su puerto pesquero y deportivo, además del Jardín Botánico Atlántico y la Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura, con su Centro de arte y Creación Industrial. Tiempo para pasear y llegada a Oviedo por la tarde. Alojamiento (Nota: durante el día de hoy incluiremos la visita de un llagar, donde se produce y sirve la típica sidrería asturiana- sujeto a disponibilidad).

08:30 hrs Oviedo-Departure of the Asturian capital.
09:45 hrs Covadonga. - We will visit Basílica which is surrounded by beautiful scenery.
10:45 hrs Covadonga -Departure. The green mountains blend with the sea. Beautiful scenery on the way.
12:30 hrs Santillana. -Arrival to one of Spain’s most beautiful towns. We will visit its well-preserved medieval quarter with its embalzoned houses, the Collegiate church, its cobbled streets. Time to walk and have lunch.. We visit the National Museum and Research Centre of ALTAMIRA (ticket included) located in the vicinity of this town where we can find reproduction of the fantastic rupestrian paintings of the cave.
16:00 hrs Santillana / Altamira-Departure.
16:30 hrs Santander - Arrival to the region’s capital city, a coastal city with amazing vistas and beaches. We will foloow the coast of the port to arrive to the beaches of Sardinero. We include a tourist train tour of the Magdalena Palace gardens , where we will enjoy their magnificent vistas.
Free time in Santander.
NOTE: On some high difficulty dates (especially from April to mid October), some groups can be accommodated in Bilbao.

Scenery: Breathtaking sea views, picturesque mountains, and lush green landscapes before entering the Castilian plateau.
09:00 a.m. – Departure from Santander, beginning our scenic route towards the Basque Country.
10:30 a.m. – Bilbao. Arrival in the largest city of the Basque Country. We´ll embark on a brief city tour with a local guide, exploring highlights such as the Guggenheim area, the old quarter, and the Cathedral. After the tour, enjoy free time to indulge in authentic "pintxos."
02:15 p.m. – Departure from Bilbao. We´ll journey towards Castile (there may be a bus change on route).
08:30 p.m. – Madrid.
Note: Depending on the number of passengers, the journey from Bilbao to Madrid may be conducted by either regular coach or train service.
Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful and lasting memories.
Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night. Our guide will advise you on the best public transportation for your transfers.
