Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.

Day
Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT: Please note that hotel check-in time is typically at 14:00 p.m. If you need early room access, consider booking an additional night at the start of your trip.
If you have booked additional nights, your room will be prepared upon arrival, but your trip guide will generally only contact you when the scheduled activities begin. At reception, you’ll find a sign with contact details and assistance hours for our staff. Until the tour begins, your schedule is free, and the hotel staff can assist with any inquiries.
Optional activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. We recommend booking these activities well in advance through the Europamundo app or your "My Trip" link to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may result in limited availability (e.g., tickets, coach seats).
Note: The timings in this itinerary are indicative. The guide may adjust schedules as needed to make sure you have the best experience.
08:00 a.m. - Paris. We’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Paris with a local guide, lasting approximately two and a half hours, during which we’ll see the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, La Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, the Opera, the Louvre, the Tour Saint-Jacques, the City Hall, Île de la Cité with Notre-Dame, the Latin Quarter, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne, the Luxembourg Garden, Les Invalides, the École militaire, Champ de Mars–Tour Eiffel station, and the banks of the River Seine. We’ll make short stops by Les Invalides and Champ de Mars.
After the visit, we’ll transfer to the district of Montmartre. You’ll have time to stroll and have lunch in this bohemian district with its quaint restaurants and street artists.
02:00 p.m. - After lunch, we’ll return to the hotel, stopping by the Louvre Museum for those who want to stay in the city center. We suggest visiting the museum.
Free afternoon. In the evening you can optionally attend a cabaret or variety show such as the Moulin Rouge or Paradis Latin.
Note: Due to the high volume of tourism in Paris, the order of the services offered in the city may vary.
08:00 a.m. - Versailles (admission not included). Departure from the hotel and transfer to Versailles. Free time to visit the Palace and the gardens (two hours and a half from the arrival time). We’ll return to the city center for lunch. Free time during the afternoon. Your guide will offer options for a boat trip on the Seine and a visit to the Latin Quarter.

Scenery: Peaceful scenery, Seine River.
07:30 a.m. - Departure from Paris. The departure time may vary depending on the hotels where the travelers are collected. We’ll leave for Normandy; our route will follow the course of the Seine River.
09:30 a.m. – Giverny. We’ll include tickets to Monet’s House and its very beautiful gardens, where we’ll learn more about Impressionism.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Giverny.
12:00 p.m. - Arrival in Rouen. Time to see its Gothic cathedral, stroll around its mediaeval streets and have lunch.
02:30 p.m. – Departure from Rouen. We’ll continue travelling through Normandy with pleasant countryside landscapes on route.
04:45 p.m. – Arromanches. We’ll be on the beaches where the British troops landed in the Second World War.
06:15 p.m. – Departure from Arromanches.
07:00 p.m. – Caen. Time for a stroll in the center.
Total distance covered: 270 km.
Scenery: Beautiful hilly countryside with a spectacular arrival at Mont-Saint-Michel.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Caen. We’ll continue through Normandy.
09:45 a.m. - Mont-Saint-Michel. We’ll reach the “the Marvel,” surrounded by the ocean. Don’t miss a stroll through its narrow streets and a visit to its Abbey, which sometimes becomes an island at high tide. Note: Bus traffic is regulated, and parking is located away from the town, with shuttle buses providing access from the parking area.
01:00 p.m. - Departure from Mont-Saint-Michel. We’ll continue into Brittany.
01:45 p.m. - Saint-Malo. This seaside city is surrounded by formidable ancient walls and a beautiful port. Enjoy time for a walk and lunch.
03:30 p.m. - Departure from Saint-Malo.
04:15 p.m. - Dinan. Enjoy time in this charming medieval village.
05:30 p.m. - Departure from Dinan. We’ll travel through inland Brittany.
06:30 p.m. - Rennes. Accommodation and free time in the capital of Brittany. We suggest a walk around its historic center.
Total distance covered: 335 km.
Scenery: Today, we will follow the course of the Loire River, passing through many fascinating towns and castles.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Rennes.
10:00 a.m. - Angers. Enjoy some time exploring this city on the banks of the Loire. You can visit the castle, which features fascinating Apocalypse tapestry.
11:45 a.m. - Departure from Angers, continuing our journey through the peaceful countryside.
01:45 p.m. – Tours – capital of the region. You can have a walk in its historic center beside the Loire. There will be time for lunch.
03:30 p.m. - Departure from Tours.
04:00 p.m. - Villandry. Admission to the gardens of this grand palace is included. These gardens are considered among the most beautiful in France.
05:30 p.m. - Departure from Villandry.
06:15 p.m. - Arrival in Amboise, a picturesque town in the Loire Valley with a fascinating medieval quarter. Dinner and accommodation included.
Note: Due to limited hotel capacity in Amboise, accommodation may be provided in Tours.

Scenery: Get your cameras ready as we cruise along the scenic River Loire, dotted with picturesque villages and stunning castles along our route.
Today, we will explore the Loire Valley region in greater depth.
08:00 a.m. - First thing in the morning, after a walk in Amboise, you´ll have some free time to explore the area around Château du Clos Lucé, where Leonardo da Vinci spent his last three years (admission not included).
10:30 a.m. – Departure from Amboise.
11:00 a.m. – Chenonceau. Spanning the river Cher like a bridge, many consider this to be the most beautiful castle in the Loire Valley. Its interior is also splendidly well-preserved. Tickets included.
12:30 p.m. – Departure from Chenonceau. We will continue our journey along charming local roads towards Chambord.
01:30 p.m. – Chambord. Time available to explore the park of this immense Loire castle and have lunch.
03:30 p.m. – Departure from Chambord. We will travel towards the center of France, passing through picturesque villages on our way.
06:45 p.m. - Limoges. Arrival in the city renowned for its long tradition in porcelain production. We recommend taking a stroll through the cathedral district.
Total distance covered: 222 km.

Scenery: Small roads and mediaeval villages. Beautiful views of the Dordogne Valley. We recommend comfortable footwear since we plan on visiting the caves.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Limoges. We’ll head towards the Dordogne region, home to one of the great historic rivers in central France. Few regions contain so many charming villages and enchanting landscapes.
09:15 a.m. – Lascaux. We’ll visit the museum and the replica of the caves (tickets included) and learn about the site’s prehistoric times with its magnificent cave paintings.
11:15 a.m. – Departure from Lascaux. We’ll head south with pretty hillside scenery and charming villages on our way.
01:00 p.m. – Sarlat. We´ll arrive in this city, considered one of the most beautiful in France and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its incredibly well-preserved medieval and Renaissance historic center. We´ll have time to stroll through its picturesque streets and enjoy lunch.
03:15 p.m. – We´ll depart from Sarlat, enjoying the pleasant scenery and vineyards along the way.
03:30 p.m. – Beynac. A few minutes from Sarlat in the heart of the Dordogne valley, we’ll stop in this beautiful medieval village. Set atop one of the most impressive cliffs in the valley, overlooking the river, is its magnificent castle (entrance fee included). You´ll admire the stunning views over the Dordogne Valley and learn more about life in the Middle Ages.
04:30 p.m. – Departure from Beynac.
06:00 p.m. – Rocamadour. We´ll visit this important sanctuary town overlooked by its castle, considered one of the most beautiful towns in France. Don’t miss a stroll around its charming streets and we suggest walking down the Via Crucis and taking the lift back up. Our guide will accompany you to the entrance to the medieval village before giving you your rooms in the hotel. Dinner included.
Total distance covered: 295 km.

Scenery: Very beautiful scenery in the Dordogne region. We recommend comfortable footwear since we´ll be visiting the Padirac cave.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Rocamadour. Beautiful views of the Dordogne countryside.
09:00 a.m. – Padirac Chasm. We´ll include tickets to visit this impressive cave, regarded as the most significant in France. The visit will include a boat ride, facilitated by three lifts descending to its underground river.
Note: The Padirac Chasm may be closed from November until the end of March due to weather conditions.
11:15 a.m. – Departure from Padirac.
12:00 p.m. - Collonges la Rouge. A small village full of charm built with red stone on the Way of St. James. Time for lunch and to take a stroll.
14:30 p.m. – Departure from Collonges-la-Rouge.
17:00 p.m. - Saint-Emilion, at the heart of the Bordeaux wine-producing region, is a beautiful medieval village that has derived its wealth from wine production for over 2000 years. You will have time to explore and stroll through its picturesque streets.
06:00 p.m. – Departure from Saint-Emilion. We’ll travel towards Bourdeaux, admiring the vineyard landscapes throughout the journey.
07:00 p.m. - Bordeaux – Arrival, accommodation. We recommend taking a stroll around the historic center of this city, situated on the banks of the River Garonne.
Total distance covered: 270 km.

Scenery: Picturesque vineyard landscapes.
Take time to savor the center of Bordeaux, which has been recognized as a World Heritage Site. You´ll marvel at the "Water Mirror" and stroll through the old town with its pedestrian streets and 11th-century cathedral. Admission to the Cité du Vin is included (with audio tour in English, Spanish or French), offering an immersive experience into the region´s wine history and production, complete with a wine tasting at the viewpoint overlooking Bordeaux. Later, you´ll have free time to stroll and enjoy lunch along the banks of the Garonne River, a charming area filled with small restaurants.
02:30 p.m. Departure from Bordeaux. We will continue our journey towards the Pyrenees.
06:00 p.m. - Arrival in Lourdes. Time to visit the Sanctuary. We recommend attending the candlelight procession, typically held at 9 p.m. from late March to late October. Dinner included.

Scenery: Pyrenees mountain range covered in snow most of the year and Mediterranean landscapes.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Lourdes. We’ll travel to the south of France, passing through the metropolis of Toulouse.
11:30 a.m. - Carcassonne. Arrival at “la Cité”, a medieval walled city. There will be time for lunch and to explore this beautiful town, famous for its medieval walls, impressive castle, and picturesque historic neighborhood.
02:00 p.m. – Departure from Carcassonne.
03:00 p.m. - Narbonne. Time to stroll through this historic Occitan city with a picturesque historic center. Highlights include the grand Narbonne Cathedral and the Via Domitia in the central square, built by the Romans to connect Italy with Hispania.
04:00 p.m. – Departure from Narbonne. We’ll continue along the coast towards the French Riviera.
07:15 p.m. - Marseille. Arrival in the second-largest city in France, located on the French Riviera. We recommend a walk through its vibrant Vieux-Port (Old Port), bustling with life and dotted with charming small restaurants.
Total distance covered: 380 km.
Scenery: Villages, landscapes, and history—today we’ll see some of the most beautiful places in Provence.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Marseille.
09:15 a.m. - Arles. We´ll stop to visit this World Heritage city, showcasing its Roman and medieval legacy. Its light captivated great painters, such as Van Gogh, who immortalized it in some of his canvases.
10:30 a.m. – Departure from Arles.
11:00 a.m. - Les Baux. We’ll explore this small medieval village and include admission to Carrières de Lumières, an impressive underground show that combines art, image, and sound in its old quarries.
12:15 p.m. – Departure from Carrières de Lumières.
01:00 p.m. - Avignon. Time for lunch and a walk in this small walled city in Provence on the banks of the Rhône. It was the seat of the Catholic Popes, becoming the second Rome until 1791 when it was integrated into France. Its immense Palais des Papes reveals its past.
03:30 p.m. - Avignon. We’ll head towards the interior of France.
06:15 p.m. - Lyon. Arrival in the third-largest city in France, proud of its remarkable historical past. We’ll walk through the Lyon Old Town, declared a World Heritage Site, and include a funicular ride to Notre-Dame de Fourvière, an immense basilica offering a great view over the city.
Note: If tickets for the Carrières de Lumières show are unavailable due to closure or high demand, we will instead transfer to the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard.
Total distance covered: 220 km.
Scenery: Burgundy’s wine region with exceptional vineyards.
08:30 a.m. - After breakfast, we will leave Lyon and head towards Burgundy.
10:00 a.m. - Tournus. Time to stroll through this pleasant small town with picturesque alleys, an immense stone gate, and a large abbey, one of the largest Romanesque monuments in France.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Tournus.
11:45 a.m. - Beaune. We’ll stop to visit and have lunch in the wine capital of Burgundy. You can visit the wine museum or the historic hospice.
02:30 p.m. – Departure from Beaune.
03:00 p.m. - Savigny Castle. In the heart of this wine region, we will visit Savigny Castle, built in the fifteenth century and home to extraordinary museums featuring motorcycles, race cars, airplanes, and helicopters.
04:30 p.m. – Departure from Savigny Castle.
05:30 p.m. - Dijon. Arrival in the capital of Burgundy, with lively streets and a vibrant atmosphere. Once the capital of a powerful duchy in the late Middle Ages, Dijon preserves a rich architectural heritage of medieval and Renaissance buildings, with the Palace of the Dukes standing out as a highlight.
Total distance covered: 387 km.
Scenery: Small villages in the Dordogne with relaxing hill and vineyard landscapes.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Dijon. We’ll continue touring Burgundy.
10:00 a.m. - Fontenay Abbey. Admission is included to visit this abbey, a masterpiece of the Cistercian order and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Fontenay Abbey.
11:30 a.m. - Semur-en-Auxois. We’ll stop to explore this charming medieval town with narrow streets, palaces, and half-timbered houses surrounded by impressive ancient walls that will transport you back in time.
12:30 p.m. – Departure from Semur-en-Auxois. We’ll continue along the interior of Burgundy.
01:30 p.m. - Vézelay. Time for lunch and a stroll in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Its immense basilica was one of the starting points of the Way of St. James.
04:00 p.m. – Departure from Vézelay.
07:00 p.m. - Paris.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
