Our first stop will be at the Yecla’s Gorge, an impressive walkway-shaped passageway inside a canyon created by the natural erosion of a stream between the rocks. We walk along the path enjoying nature. We continue to the Monastery of SANTO DOMINGO DE SILOS, we include a visit to the monastery and the Romanesque cloister. During religious acts – on Sundays and holidays – its monks still sing the exciting "Gregorian chants" that transports us centuries back.
We continue our journey through Castilian lands, until we reach COVARRUBIAS, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and one of the best examples of conservation of rural and vernacular architecture. It’s a highlight the Tower of Fernán González, a defensive tower of the tenth century, with vestiges of Mozarabic architecture.
We continue to BURGOS, free time for lunch. This city has been declared by UNESCO "creative city of gastronomy" enjoy your food!. Numerous films and tv shows have been shot in Pedraza.
